Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all bookings made through seafrontstays.com.
Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before arrival: full refund, no fee.
- Within 14 days of arrival: the total cost of the stay is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to stay@seafrontstays.com. The cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your email.
Cancellation by us
We very rarely cancel a confirmed booking. If we have to (for example because the Property has become unsafe or uninhabitable), we will let you know as soon as possible and offer either:
- A full refund of all monies paid; or
- Alternative dates or a different Property of equivalent standard, if one is available.
We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (such as travel or other bookings) as a result of a cancellation.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 working days of cancellation being confirmed.
Force majeure
Where a cancellation is necessary because of an event outside either party’s reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, government restrictions, pandemic, fire, flood), we will do our best to offer alternative dates. Full refunds for force majeure cancellations are at our discretion and may depend on the rules of our insurers and payment processor.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation and curtailment before their stay.
