A three-bedroom corner apartment at the end of Perch House, on the seafront in Lancing. Sea views from two sides of the building, floor-to-ceiling glass facing south, and a balcony you’ll spend most mornings on.
The beach is twenty seconds from the front door. The Perch café is on the ground floor of the building, so coffee in the morning is essentially solved. Sleeps six across three bedrooms.

Parking
There's a large pay-and-display car park at Lancing Beach Green, directly opposite Perch House. Usually plenty of space, easy access from the A259, around £4 for the day. From the car park it's about 150 metres across the green to the front door, no on-site parking, but you'll rarely need to drive once you've arrived.
