A two-bedroom apartment in the middle of Perch House, facing south over the beach. The living room and kitchen look directly out to sea, and the shingle is twenty seconds from the lobby door.

Slightly smaller than 28E and 28F, which makes it the right pick for a couple, two friends, or a small family. Sleeps four. Same building, same view, same café underneath.

Parking

There's a large pay-and-display car park at Lancing Beach Green, directly opposite Perch House. Usually plenty of space, easy access from the A259, around £4 for the day. From the car park it's about 150 metres across the green to the front door, no on-site parking, but you'll rarely need to drive once you've arrived.
